I do my best to ship by the next business day unless otherwise noted on the listing. All shipments are well padded and securely packaged using recycled (or re-used) packing materials wherever practical.
I send domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail, which usually arrive in 2 – 3 business days. I always provide you with a tracking number on domestic shipments.
*Note to international patrons:
I normally ship International orders via USPS First Class International. (Other shipping methods are also available at extra cost. If you need faster shipping, please contact me for a quote.) I do ask you to be responsible for all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation. Delivery times are those quoted by the U.S. Postal Service and are not guaranteed. It’s a sad fact of life that international shipments do sometimes get held up by Customs…. I follow all applicable export laws.
I am very confident that you will be delighted with everything you purchase from me. But I also know that buying fine craft on-line requires a leap of faith. So while I make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photos of my work, I know that things can feel different once you have them in your hands. I consider all purchases from me to be bonds of trust with my patrons. I take your trust very seriously–and for that reason, I do everything in my power to ensure your satisfaction.
If you find you don’t like your purchase once it’s in your home, just return it to me within seven days. I am happy to refund your purchase price (or give you an exchange) as long as the piece comes back to me in its original condition. I do ask you to pay return shipping–and recommend you insure the package for its full value. If the piece was damaged when you received it, be sure to save the original packaging and photograph it, if you can. That way, I can submit a claim to the carrier.
Special Note about Wet Shaving Supplies…
For sanitary reasons, I cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any wet shaving supplies: razors, shaving brushes or mugs that have been used. If you have any questions about any wet shaving merchandise you purchased from me, send me a Contact message and I’ll work with you to make things right.
